"Easy 5 stars!!! As a child counselor I am familiar with these principles but as a brand new first time Mom I’m reading this with a different purpose! Jodi’s way of story telling about her teachers (her child clients and own children) help make these essential parenting principles incredibly relatable! I also love how Jodi truly is an expert but in this book speak to the audience in a way of admitting her own mistakes as a parent and normalizes struggles.
